Once again the RCA is teaming up with the Rowayton Parents’ Exchange to bring you our greatly anticipated Halloween Event! Our event is free of charge to members of the community. Come in costume to explore the hay maze, pumpkin painting, petting zoo, grab a goody bag, take a pony ride and show off your costume in the RPE annual Costume Contest! The RCA is always looking for adults and children to volunteer.'
