Once again the RCA is teaming up with the Rowayton Parents’ Exchange to bring you our greatly anticipated Halloween Event! Come in costume to explore the hay maze, pumpkin decorating, petting zoo, grab a goody bag, take a pony ride and show off your costume in the RPE annual Costume Contest! The RCA is always looking for adults and children to volunteer.
